About The Position

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing (SNF) rehab team at John Knox Village. This position is ideal for therapists who enjoy working with medically complex patients, short-term rehab and discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practicing at the top of their license. You will work in a well-resourced SNF within a luxury CCRC, offering stability, clinical variety, and supportive infrastructure. Our residents are motivated, engaged, and focused on recovery, and your role is central to helping them regain strength, independence, and confidence.

Requirements

• Current Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Interest or experience in Skilled Nursing / post-acute rehab
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork mindset
• Passion for helping older adults recover and regain independence

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven rehabilitation.
