Redlands Healthcare Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility located in Redlands, conveniently near Redlands Community Hospital. Guided by our commitment to “serve more people, touch more lives,” we strive to create a welcoming, home-like environment for our residents through recently renovated accommodations and a compassionate, team-oriented staff that feels like family. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team. Our team is focused on helping residents achieve their highest level of functional independence through individualized care and goal-oriented treatment plans. If you are a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we would love to meet you.
Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred
