About The Position
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – PRN Chandler Creek Post Acute – Greer, SC $30–$35/hour | PRN | Flexible Scheduling About Us Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. We pride ourselves on our small-town feel, strong community connections, and commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence, we’d love to have you on our team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Passion for helping patients regain independence
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans
- Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
- Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
