Requirements
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for resident-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
