Requirements

  • Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  • Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
