About The Position

Baptist Home Health Care by BAYADA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join their team in Fernandina Beach, FL/Nassau County. This role services adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis. Home health experience is preferred but not required. BAYADA offers full-time schedules and is committed to helping people of all ages maintain a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity, providing high-quality home health care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in the state of FL
• Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, OR two years of appropriate experience as an Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977
• At least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
• Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse clearance.
