Requirements
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Louisiana or graduate of an approved PTA program or actively working toward licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals
- Track progress and ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain strong documentation and communication
