About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their supportive team at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in La Jolla, CA. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within a diverse setting that includes Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient services. The position focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients within a collaborative and supportive environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for best patient care.
- Work in diverse settings including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient.
