About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Part-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their supportive team at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in San Diego, CA. This role offers a diverse setting with a wide range of treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient services. Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Treat patients throughout the continuum of care within a CCRC setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Engage in specialized, ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.
- Maintain flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
