Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function.
  • Implement prescribed physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and adaptive equipment use to support ongoing recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary healthcare team to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure comprehensive care delivery in the home setting.
