About The Position
Responsible for assisting in the implementation of physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of the physical therapist.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
- Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant licensure (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3540)
- BLS
- Intermittent hand manipulation required
- Intermittent lifting and carrying of 50 pounds
