Join a collaborative rehabilitation team dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest level of function and independence. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and support patient recovery across a diverse population. This position offers the opportunity to work with patients in a variety of clinical settings, including geriatrics, neurological rehabilitation, pregnancy and post-partum care, and acute care. We are seeking a well-rounded clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care and enjoys working with individuals across different stages of life and recovery. The PTA may assist in developing treatment plans, document patient progress, and modify treatment interventions within the established plan of care and state practice guidelines. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
