Requirements
- An Associates Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- Current Massachusetts license as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
- CPR certification required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Under direction of individually assigned Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services or Designee, perform a variety of patient care and related duties within and in support of the Rehabilitation Services.
