Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Aide
About The Position
Maintains a clean and neat environment daily, keeps supplies in their proper order, and distributes supplies. Assists professional staff with patient transports in a timely manner and helps patients with ambulation and predetermined exercise programs by following instructions accurately. Priority is given to duties involving patient movement within the system and assisting professional staff with patient treatment. The position is in UHS Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Upper Front Street, and works a regular day shift for 40 scheduled hours per week. Compensation is $17.05–$22.17 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification within the first three months of employment.

- Previous experience in patient care.
