Revere Health Physical Therapy office is looking for an outstanding aide to join our St. George team. The physical therapy aide works under the supervision of the therapist to help patients who are receiving care.
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Good computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to communicate well with patients
- Takes direction well
- Works well with a Team
Responsibilities
- Guiding patients through exercises that have been prescribed by the physical therapist.
- Assisting in cleaning and maintaining the clinic and equipment.
- Applying heat packs and paraffin dips.
- Helping patients with exercise equipment, monitoring motion, and tracking walking time and distance.
- Measuring mobility and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques.
- Educating patients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
