About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide-Float to support Physical Therapists and help the department operate smoothly. The position floats between multiple Vancouver-area locations as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The stated hiring range is generally $17.66 to $21.16 per hour, with placement based on an evaluation of experience, plus a float differential of $3.08 per hour. A separate listed pay range is $17.31 to $24.24 per hour.

Vancouver Clinic provides care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Data entry skill of at least 40 words per minute.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work with a diverse population of patients and colleagues, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a medical office setting.
• Customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
