About The Position

At Quest Physical Therapy, we are looking for a motivated, curious, and energetic Physical Therapy Aide who wants to learn, grow, and actively participate in patient care. You’ll work closely with experienced physical therapists, gain exposure to a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, and build skills that will set you apart for PT school. Requirements
- A pre-physical therapy student or pursuing a career in healthcare
- Completed or working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Passionate about movement, sports, and helping people recover and perform at their best
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists in guiding patients through exercise programs
- Help with modalities, patient education, and treatment flow
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
- Support clinic operations including: Scheduling patients, Answering phones, Managing documentation and EMR tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
- Provide an exceptional, supportive experience for every patient
