Physical Therapy Aide
About The Position
The Physical Therapy Aide supports patient care by working alongside Physical Therapists and assisting patients with their rehabilitation programs. The role includes monitoring patients during specific exercise programs, educating patients about exercises, and helping therapists set up patients on modalities. Aides also clean tables and equipment after patient use and provide professional, caring support throughout patients’ rehabilitation. The posting lists both part-time and full-time positions across all offices, with a status of 20–40 hours per week. Pay is $16.90 per hour plus benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an aide in a Physical Therapy setting.
- Caring, energetic, and friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well with others on the team.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of human anatomy.
