About The Position

This is a part-time position, starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours based on clinic needs and performance. The role involves assisting physical therapists with patient flow and clinic operations, preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment, helping patients with exercises as directed, maintaining a clean and organized clinic, and performing general front office and administrative support as needed. The primary location is Santa Cruz, with openness to working in Scotts Valley or Seascape as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
• Able to multitask and stay organized
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Interest in physical therapy, healthcare, or kinesiology preferred

Responsibilities
