About The Position

This is a Part-Time position for a Physical Therapy Admin and Clinical Aide in a high-energy, FUN work environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a friendly disposition. The role involves monitoring exercise activities, front desk administrative tasks, insurance verification, assisting with patient transitions, basic utilization of modalities, and facility cleaning.

Requirements

  • Some experience and interest in similar setting – fitness, training, rehab, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring exercise activities prescribed by treating Physical Therapist.
  • Front Desk Administrative tasks (scheduling, taking calls from new and existing patients, etc).
  • Verification of Insurance Benefits for patients.
  • Obtaining authorization for insurance companies that require this.
  • Assisting in ‘flow’ of patient transitions.
  • Training and basic utilization of thermal & electrical modalities.
  • Basic cleaning/housekeeping of facility.
