About The Position
Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home is looking for PTs who value autonomy, clinical excellence, and diversity. You’ll lead home care services for a dedicated caseload—performing assessments, initiating rehabilitative procedures, and coordinating with physicians. You’ll be the bridge between the hospital and a successful recovery at home.
Requirements
- Current MA PT License
- 2+ years in PT
- 1 year in Home Care/Public Health
- Proficiency in OASIS
- BLS certification
- Vaccinated against influenza (flu)
