Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN
About The Position
HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, (Terre Haute), Indiana. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life by providing expert rehabilitative care in a supportive environment. This is a true PRN position. The staffing needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off of full-time therapists. Requirements
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license or qualifications to earn Indiana license
- Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program
- Passing of a state-administered national exam
- Fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Assist with coverage needs during staff vacations and periods of increased caseloads
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with facility policies and regulations
