About The Position
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide care within a defined local territory in the Old Bridge area. This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times. Territory Coverage includes Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), the Old Bridge area, and nearby community patients.
Requirements
- Active NJ Physical Therapist license.
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings.
- Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
