About The Position

Back In Action Physical Therapy (BIA) is seeking a Full-Time licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage at their Deerfield Beach/Coconut Creek/Tamarac/Plantation locations. BIA has 10 clinics across central/SE Florida and is growing, focusing on providing individualized patient care. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, educating patients and families, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The position also includes participating in clinic management, marketing programs, and goal setting with colleagues. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for licensed Physical Therapists in Broward County.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities to perform the duties required of the position
• Ability to meet the physical and mental demand level of the position
• Physical Therapy License (Required)

• Experience working with pediatric patients

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Ability to perform the day-to-day management of the clinic
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
• Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems
• Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues
