About The Position
This PT-owned orthopedic clinic in Pompano Beach, FL is built around quality patient care, not rushed appointments. With 2 patients per hour, Physical Therapists have the time to evaluate properly, guide treatment, and build real progress with each patient. This is a full-time opportunity with strong pay, flexible scheduling, and a full benefits package.
Requirements
- Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Reliable clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate plans of care
- Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and general musculoskeletal cases
- Help patients improve strength, range of motion, balance, mobility, and function
- Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise instruction
- Reassess patient progress throughout the plan of care
- Communicate clearly with patients about goals and expectations
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Provide direction to PTAs when appropriate
