Physical Therapist (PT) — Skilled Nursing
About The Position
TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional patient outcomes across the Tri-State area. We believe in manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and investing in our therapists' growth. As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited PT program
- Current or eligible for New York State PT license
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
