About The Position

This role offers flexibility in schedule and setting, working in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities. Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
- Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services as a Physical Therapist.
- Float between different settings including Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, and Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Create a personalized career path (clinical, management, etc.).
