About The Position

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy in the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care, including lifting and manual therapy.
  • The required skills enable the Physical Therapist to accurately assess patient conditions and design effective treatment plans that address individual needs.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care.
  • Manual therapy and exercise prescription skills are applied daily to facilitate patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
