About The Position

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced physical therapist for a travel contract opportunity in an outpatient setting in Monument, Colorado. The therapist will manage treatment plans to promote positive patient outcomes across diverse diagnoses. The schedule may consist of 8–10-hour shifts, 4–5 days per week. One year of recent outpatient experience is preferred. Prime’s team of experienced health care professionals provides guidance throughout the process 24/7.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Must complete a drug screen and background screen.

• One year of recent outpatient experience.
