About The Position

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Bloomington and surrounding locations in Indiana. Eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus. FOX Rehabilitation is a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities. We provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Therapists benefit from the flexibility to create, control, and alter their treatment schedule and are part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes. Available Opportunities include Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits, PRN/Flex – PPU (Paid Per Unit), H1B sponsorship for qualified candidates, and a widely recognized Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for New Grads. FOX is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Basic computer literacy skills
Current CPR certification
