About The Position
BreakThrough is redefining PT with highly-specialized physical therapists, industry-leading continuing education, and a high concentration of board-certified clinicians. The Fayetteville – Village Drive clinic has five therapists with doctoral degrees in physical therapy and Astym-certified providers. This role involves treating a broad outpatient caseload including orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, post-COVID recovery, and workplace injury rehab. The company fosters growth through structured mentorship, hands-on support, and industry-leading continuing education via Evidence In Motion (EIM), including board certification support. Fayetteville is a growing city with a strong community, home to Fort Liberty and Methodist University, and undergoing revitalization in its downtown area.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for NC licensure
- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- CPR and First Aid Certification required
Responsibilities
- Treat a broad outpatient caseload including orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, post-COVID recovery, and workplace injury rehab.
- Engage in structured mentorship and career development.
- Utilize AI-powered documentation support to reduce after-hours charting.
