About The Position

The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy is a nationally recognized Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy group in Virginia. We are a physical therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy group committed to providing a level of care and a patient experience unlike the average physical therapy clinic. We provide care for our patients specific to their individual needs and presentations. We have an innovative treatment model that allows you to truly focus on each patient every visit and for patients to receive more individualized attention and care. Our new hire package includes a 2-week new hire orientation program. New hires also enjoy one-on-one mentoring with seasoned team members for the first 90 days. We are seeking a fun and energetic Physical Therapist to join our team of highly motivated individuals to join our Arlington clinic. Our clinics provide a fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment where you can grow, learn, and earn competitive compensation of $85k - $110k depending on experience! Unlimited access to continuing professional education for ALL of our clinical team members, including 17+ courses taught in-house per year. 75% of our therapists are Board Certified Specialists! Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Virginia license
• CPR certification
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
• Outgoing and energetic personality
