About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. This position offers a salary range of $85,000-$105,000, based on experience. The role involves working closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute, a leading orthopedics facility. The clinic operates with two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant, treating a diverse orthopedic patient mix. Experienced Physical Therapists may have the opportunity to become a Center Manager.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
Valid State Physical Therapist License
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
