About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics in Bensalem, PA. This is an outpatient orthopedic center with a team of 3 PTs and 1 PTA, ideal for new graduates interested in orthopedics and sports medicine, offering the opportunity to work closely with top orthopedic surgeons at The Rothman Institute. New grad mentorship is provided. The role focuses on creating an exceptional patient experience, helping patients return to athletics, work, and daily life.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
