About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an onsite position at Rothman Orthopaedics in Willow Grove, PA. This role involves working Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts. The compensation starts at $84,000 per year, with potential increases based on experience, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The center is an outpatient orthopedic facility staffed by 5 Physical Therapists and 1 Physical Therapist Assistant, treating a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
Valid State Physical Therapist License
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
