NovaCare Physical Therapist Center Manager
About The Position
NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. This full-time management position involves leading and providing exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. The role oversees the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize patient functionality and promote well-being. The center is a 2 PT, 1 PTA outpatient facility with front desk staff, looking for a leader to treat and manage the clinic, working closely with orthopedic surgeons from The Rothman Institute and handling a diverse outpatient orthopedic mix.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
