About The Position

The Physical Therapist, as directed by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations, establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment, delegates specific treatments, determines appropriate equipment needs and performs discharge activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy or, Master's Degree - Physical Therapy or, D.P.T. - Physical Therapy
  • Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • 3 months - experience in either pediatrics, acute, orthopedics, neuro or lymphedema
