About The Position

Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Cascade Manor in Eugene, OR, for a PRN Physical Therapist. This role will support both skilled and independent living patients. The ideal candidate would have consistent availability, 1-2 days per week. Cascade Manor is a Life Plan Community with top-notch services and tight-knit community vibes, located in South Eugene, OR. Requirements

Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program
Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
Active state license required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
