We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Merrimack clinic, a community-rooted clinic where you'll work with a diverse caseload that includes high school athletes, first responders, and patients recovering from injury, surgery, and everyday orthopedic conditions. You'll be part of a collaborative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care while supporting one another's growth and success. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and sustainable movement strategies tailored to each patient's life
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies
- Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
