About The Position

Physical Therapist assignment in Avondale, Arizona. The position is on day hours, with 40 guaranteed work hours per week and 32 guaranteed work hours during holiday weeks. Overtime is billed at 1.5 times the bill rate; on-call is not applicable. Billing is weekly, and the notice period is 30 days.

ATI-specific clearance requirements apply. The clinician must complete some documentation directly with ATI in addition to AMN’s clearance packet before ATI clears them to start. A candidate may start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license right away. The separate SC requirement specifies a permanent license and does not accept compact licensure. Candidates who worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the past year are ineligible to return until they have been separated for one year. For prior ATI work history as a traveler at any time, or permanent/PRN work more than one year before submission, send the candidate’s name and date of birth to Katrina to confirm rehire eligibility.

Equipment is provided during the interview. Parking and dress-code information will be provided on the first day.

Requirements

• Experience in a setting; the specific setting is not specified.
• Active license. For ATI, a compact license may be used to start, but a permanent license must be obtained right away. For SC, a permanent license is required and compact licensure is not accepted.
