The PRN Physical Therapist will provide the highest level of patient care while accessing, interpreting, planning and implementing prescribed physical therapy treatment plans. This role involves administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and relieve pain. The therapist will consult with physicians and other departments, document patient information, bill patients, and educate patients and families on care and exercises. Additionally, the therapist will serve as an information resource, participate in professional development, and perform related duties as required. Hughston responsibilities include utilizing effective communication, promoting the clinic's role in the community, providing support to other staff, maintaining confidentiality, reflecting clinic values, and promoting conflict resolution. The position requires the ability to prioritize daily functions and problem-solve.
