About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group, in partnership with OrthoSouth, is seeking a Physical Therapist committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through advancing patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. This role involves building integral relationships with physician partners to provide exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing, while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment. The position is based in Memphis, TN.

Requirements

Current or pending PT license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certified

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy services.
Coordinate patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
Build integral relationships with physician partners.
Strive to provide exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing.
Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Participate in extensive sports medicine outreach programs with local high schools and colleges.
Engage in opportunities for physician interaction including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
