About The Position

Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in Arnold, MO. This position is available for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN status and is located in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The schedule is Monday – Friday with flexibility. Requirements

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program)
Valid state PT license
Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills
CPR certification preferred

Nice To Haves

Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians
Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
