About The Position

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Markesan, WI. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Physical Therapist will have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care. The role involves providing meaningful, functional therapy that helps seniors maintain independence and quality of life within a collaborative, mission-driven interdisciplinary team. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
  • Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
