FOX is seeking top-caliber Physical Therapists to join their team in the Downers Grove, IL area. The role involves providing physical therapy services in a one-on-one setting to older adults in their communities, aiming to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes through clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Basic computer literacy skills
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism
Drive rewarding patient outcomes
Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions
Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule
Be a part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes
Provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in the acute, post-acute, home, senior living community and outpatient settings
Provide clinically excellent care and are given the autonomy needed to help clients achieve what they once thought impossible
