About The Position
OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for their Home Health team. This role offers a sign-on bonus and emphasizes patient-centered care with the support of AI-driven documentation tools to reduce administrative burden and improve work-life balance. The technology allows for real-time documentation and efficient review of outcomes, enabling therapists to focus more on hands-on patient care and less on after-hours documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
- Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
