About The Position

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate is both clinically strong and collaborative, bringing a balance of expertise, empathy, and adaptability to a dynamic care environment. Experience in a variety of settings such as inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation services is preferred. Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to develop and adjust effective treatment plans. Comfortable working with a diverse patient population across all age groups and levels of care. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants, students, or support staff is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered, education-focused approach. Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Adaptable and team-oriented, with a willingness to support departmental needs across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado, or eligibility to obtain licensure (including scheduled board examination).
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
  • Strong knowledge of physical medicine, therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks, follow written and verbal instructions, and prioritize patient care effectively.
  • Proficiency within six (6) months of hire in clinical and administrative systems, including Meditech, Cedaron, PACS, Exercise Pro, Allscripts EHR, Galactica, QHN, Microsoft Office, Kronos, and HealthStream.

Nice To Haves
