About The Position

As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Requirements

  • Graduate of a physical therapy program is required.
  • BS required.
  • Current PA Physical Therapy license.
  • Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire.
  • Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
  • Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
  • Outpatient neuro experience strongly preferred.
  • New graduates with level II outpatient neuro experience encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.
