About The Position
Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic short-term rehabilitation team. With our brand-new, state-of-the-art therapy room and specialized programs like Aquatic Pool Therapy, we provide the perfect environment for you to help patients regain their independence after joint replacements, cardiac events, and strokes.
Requirements
- Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license is required.
- A passion for clinical excellence and a "patient-first" approach to rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans for short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
- Utilize our Acute Neuro Rehab and Pain Management programs to provide a wide range of life-changing treatment options.
- Foster an environment of mutual respect and trust within a large, close-knit rehab department.
- Empower patients to regain strength, skills, and the confidence to return home at their highest level of function.
