About The Position
BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a full-time float Physical Therapist (PT) to provide coverage to their Southern Delaware teams in Lewes, Milford, Millsboro, and Seaford. This role is ideal for a clinician who is adaptable, thrives in different clinical settings, and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across several communities. Upstream Rehabilitation provides a national network with a local clinic feel, handling administrative work so clinicians can focus on patient care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy across multiple clinics to provide coverage for PTO, medical leaves, and staffing gaps
