Physical Therapist
About The Position
Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a large multi-disciplinary team and treat primarily a neurologic population. Diagnoses to treat include, but are not limited to: stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, patients with amputations, brain tumors, etc. If caseload is low, candidate is expected to fill schedule with orthopedic patients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives working on a large team, and is interested in program and community development. Our daily productivity expectations are designed to support both quality care and efficiency.
Requirements
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
